Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks an expert-level delivery lead for Federal and strategic accounts in Annapolis Junction, MD. This role requires active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance and an ability to manage complex client engagements onsite at customer offices or HPE facilities.

You will coordinate across engineering, support, and program teams, mentor colleagues, and drive value-based delivery plans for critical account success.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.
• Experience in customer-facing service delivery or technical account management.
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure and mission-critical systems.
• Knowledge of HPE products, services, and enterprise solutions is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate as primary customer-facing delivery lead for strategic and Federal accounts.
• Coordinate across engineering, support, supply chain, and program management to resolve complex issues.
• Mentor team members and advise on complex incidents and escalations.
• Design and deliver advanced support solutions leveraging industry knowledge.
• Drive customer relationships and align delivery with account plans and business goals.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide input to operational methods and programs affecting business strategy.
