Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree holder (technical field) with 6-8 years working experience.
• Active U.S. Government TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.
• Experience in customer-facing service delivery, technical account management, or related support organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate as primary delivery lead for assigned federal accounts.
• Coordinate across engineering, support, supply chain, and program management to drive outcomes.
• Mentor team members and provide guidance on complex incidents and escalations.
• Develop and manage strategic account plans and engagement with customer executives.
• Identify risks and proactively mitigate to ensure successful service delivery.
