Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a Facilities Technician IV in Plymouth, MN, onsite, to maintain and repair facilities, systems, and equipment. You will handle work orders, prioritize critical repairs, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

The role requires a 2-year HVAC-related degree, EPA 608 certification, and 7+ years of experience, with PIT certification to be obtained if not already held. Excellent customer service and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Two-year associate degree in HVAC maintenance or equivalent.
• EPA 608 refrigerant certification.
• 7+ years of experience in facilities/HVAC maintenance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety procedures at all times.
• Support laboratory testing activities per standard procedures and ISO 17025.
• Respond to and troubleshoot electrical, structural, plumbing and equipment repairs.
