Qualifications

• High school or trade school diploma; license in a specific specialty preferred with 0+ years experience.
• Working knowledge of building codes, OSHA requirements, and safe working techniques.
• Moderate knowledge of building maintenance; good oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and repair equipment and systems within the facility within area of expertise.
• Follow maintenance schedule to complete regular and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Perform service calls, repairs, and equipment installations as directed.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and inspect physical plant systems and equipment.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools; keep storage areas organized.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies in daily work.
• Prepare paperwork for purchases, stocking, and use of materials for work orders.
• Ensure work orders contain accurate information before submission.
• Suggest cost-saving maintenance strategies without compromising safety.
• Support and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization.
• Perform other related tasks or special duties as assigned.
