Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company is seeking a Facilities Maintenance technician to support Westchester Bay, Seagate Lagoons, Wharfage, and related Association facilities in California. The role covers routine repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections, and work-order responses under the General Manager's direction.

You will document hours, prioritize emergencies, and ensure tasks stay within Association responsibility while coordinating with residents and vendors to maintain safe, well‑functioning

Qualifications

At least three years of general building, facilities, or HOA maintenance experience.
Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record.
Successful background and reference checks required.
Preferred: OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid, CPO or related credentials.

Responsibilities

Complete assigned work orders in priority order with daily status updates.
Conduct routine inspections for hazards and equipment issues.
Isolate unsafe areas and escalate to management when needed.
Confirm tasks are Association responsibilities before starting.
Maintain common areas and waterfront components; report safety concerns.
Provide timely communication with residents, management, and vendors.
