Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company in California is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine upkeep, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks across residential and commercial properties.

You will follow safety guidelines, respond to repairs, coordinate with vendors, and help keep common areas and building systems functioning smoothly. High school diploma and valid driver's license required; 2+ years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance or handyman experience.
• Knowledge of basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems preferred.
• Certifications in HVAC, pool maintenance, or similar fields are advantageous but not required.
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Possess a valid state issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• General Maintenance: painting, carpentry, electrical repairs, plumbing, HVAC and landscaping as needed.
• Facility Repairs: troubleshoot and repair lighting, gates, doors, walkways, and common areas.
• Preventative Maintenance: regular inspections of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Record Keeping: maintain logs of maintenance activities and inspections.
