Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of general building, facilities, or HOA maintenance experience.
• Hands-on proficiency in carpentry, painting, patching, door hardware, and basic electrical/plumbing repairs.
• Valid California Driver's License with acceptable driving record when driving is required.
• Background checks and references as per employer policy.
• Preferred: OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid, or related facilities credentials.

Responsibilities

• Complete and prioritize work orders with accurate time and materials records.
• Conduct routine inspections of common areas for hazards and maintenance needs.
• Isolate unsafe conditions and notify management for urgent responses.
• Perform minor carpentry, painting, drywall patching, and hardware repairs.
• Assist with electrical and plumbing tasks within training limits; refer complex work to licensed professionals.
• Maintain clubhouses, restrooms, pools, gates, docks, and other Association properties.
• Submit receipts and keep detailed time and work-order logs.
