Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company is seeking a Facilities Maintenance technician to perform routine repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections, and service within HOA communities. The role is on-site at properties managed by Seabreeze, with hours recorded daily and tasks prioritized to safety and reliability.

You'll handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and common-area maintenance, report to the General Manager, and coordinate with vendors as needed. A valid CA driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of general building, facilities, or HOA maintenance experience.
• Basic carpentry, painting, patching, and door hardware repair proficiency.
• Valid California Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read work orders and follow safety procedures.
• OSHA 10 or CPR/First Aid training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders in priority order.
• Inspect common areas for hazards, leaks, and safety issues.
• Isolate unsafe areas and notify management when needed.
• Perform minor carpentry, painting, patching, and repairs.
• Maintain clubhouses, docks, gates, and other common-area facilities.
• Provide site access and report to the General Manager.
