Job summary

Sandia National Laboratories seeks an Early Career Tactical Planner to manage facilities building needs onsite. You will support the Facilities Area Manager and Portfolio Manager, handling space, construction, and maintenance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Engineering Technology, Facility Management, Construction Management or relevant field.
• Experience with CMMS/Maximo or TRIRIGA or similar software.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database management.

Responsibilities

• Develop cross-divisional building management options to improve space utilization.
• Review project drawings and update Maximo with scope
• Develop scope and budget for building modifications; coordinate with partners/contractors.
• Communicate with architects/engineers to align customer requirements and plans.
• Perform daily walkthroughs, identify issues, and verify work.
• Onsite work is required for this role.
