Qualifications

• Three years of building maintenance experience in a supervisory capacity.
• EPA 608 Certification Type II or Universal required.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service employees and on-site maintenance operations.
• Ensure timely inspections, reports, and budget adherence.
• Oversee vendor engagement and quality of completed services.
• Maintain HazCom and safety programs and PPE availability.
