Job summary

ABM is seeking a hands-on supervisor to manage and oversee staff and the day-to-day ABM operations on site or in a designated area. You will ensure work stays within budget, allocate resources efficiently, and coordinate with subcontractors as needed to meet service levels.

You will work closely with the customer to create successful outcomes, communicate progress, and resolve issues quickly while maintaining safety standards and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management and staff supervision.
• Budgeting and resource planning experience.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
