Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in commercial cleaning industry is a big plus.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic software.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong client relationships and ensure service standards.
• Serve as main client liaison and resolve service issues.
• Provide leadership and off-hour support.
• Promote safety culture and PPE training.
• Plan and assign work schedules to meet expectations.
• Respond promptly to emergency cleaning needs.
• Train staff on security protocols and ABM methods.
• Ensure proper storage of supplies and SDS/OSHA compliance.
• Train on equipment operation.
• Manage site janitorial and porter staff.
• Monitor timekeeping and adherence to schedules.
• Identify opportunities to expand revenue with new or existing clients.
• Arrange substitutions or cover absences.
