Job summary

Spectra Tech, LLC is seeking a Facilities Project Coordinator to support a government project at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This full-time, onsite role focuses on coordinating daily site activities, maintaining schedules, and ensuring safety and quality standards across renovations up to $20M+.

Key duties include documenting meetings, tracking RFIs, and managing closeout deliverables while supporting taskers and information requests from senior management. U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required per contract to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and one year specialized experience; or three years of specialized experience.
• Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access.
• Knowledge of proper English grammar, spelling, capitalization, and punctuation.
• Ability to learn Government acronyms and abbreviations.
• Experience in conducting tours, visits arrangements, and organization-wide events.
• Capable of learning and utilizing current business management tools and databases such as eARL; GFEBS; ATAAPS; DTS or successors.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with internal and external organizations.
• Ability to interpret and implement SOPs and IOPs.
• Ability to provide on-the-job training to other Contractors.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary onsite liaison for the COR, conducting daily site walkthroughs to monitor subcontractor progress and verify alignment with contract drawings and SOW.
• Implements and reports on Construction Quality Management standards across project phases and manages the project punch list.
• Monitors site safety in compliance with OSHA-30 standards and exercises Stop-Work Authority.
• Coordinates day-to-day project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and RFI/submittal pipelines.
• Maintains and updates master project schedules to track milestones and ensure timely completion.
• Reviews SOWs and assists in validating estimates for modifications and change orders.
