Job summary

Peraton Labs is seeking a Technical Project Lead for the Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland location. This onsite role will manage cost, schedule, and performance of R&D engineering projects to deliver advanced capabilities.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or higher in engineering/science, with at least 7 years in engineering and 3 years leading complex programs. Active TS clearance and US citizenship are required to support national security work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in engineering, physics or related discipline with at least 7 years of engineering experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a project lead role technically managing cost, schedule and performance of R&D engineering projects.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Technically manage cost, schedule and performance of R&D engineering projects.
• Onsite program leadership at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland (5 days a week).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet program milestones.
