Job summary

SDAC is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Project Manager to provide on-site management for a contracted federal facility in Washington, DC. You will supervise staff, oversee building systems, manage preventive maintenance, and ensure contract compliance with high quality service delivery.

The role requires 10+ years O&M experience with at least 8 years in a managerial capacity for large facilities, CMMS proficiency, and budget oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of O&M experience in commercial/government buildings.
• At least 8 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with large facilities (≥500,000 sq ft).
• CMMS proficiency and data-driven maintenance planning.
• Budgeting, reporting, and contract administration experience.
• PMP or FMP certification preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to obtain HSPD-12 federal clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete on-site management, supervision, and coordination of facility employees.
• Serve as primary client liaison and ensure contract scope compliance.
• Oversee preventive/predictive maintenance and energy management using CMMS.
• Procure and manage outsourced contracts and supplies with senior approvals.
• Maintain accurate reporting of facility performance and financials.
• Lead project alterations, construction, and capital improvements.
