Job summary

NYCANNA LLC is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily operations, maintenance, safety, and overall facility functionality. The role requires hands-on leadership, ownership of PM programs, CMMS management, and coordination with vendors and contractors on site.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5+ years hands-on multi-trade maintenance in commercial/industrial settings required.
• EPA 608 and OSHA 10/30 certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations ensuring buildings, equipment, and systems operate efficiently.
• Manage preventive maintenance program and CMMS; track work orders and assets.
• Supervise facilities staff; coordinate with vendors and external contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and support budgeted maintenance activities.
