Job summary

NYCANNA LLC seeks an experienced Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, safety, and overall functionality of company facilities on site. The role requires hands-on leadership, PM program ownership, and coordination with contractors and vendors.

You will manage maintenance records, ensure compliance with NY regulations, and lead a team of facilities technicians with a focus on proactive problem-solving and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years hands-on multi-trade maintenance in commercial, industrial, or controlled-environment settings.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read, write, and understand blueprints/technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and procedures.
• Experience coordinating with external contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations to ensure buildings, equipment, and systems operate efficiently.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and other building systems.
• Supervise facilities staff and coordinate with HR for talent development.
• Maintain maintenance records and support budget management.
