VCM LOGISTICS PRIVATE LIMITED in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician II for onsite work from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday. The role covers preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and building systems with hands-on troubleshooting of motors, pumps, valves, and controls.

Must lift up to 50 lbs and be available for overtime or emergency calls.

Qualifications

High School or GED with vocational training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or general construction.
2+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
Valid US Driver’s License and DMV clearance.
Basic Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime/emergency calls when required.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and building systems.
Troubleshoot and repair motors, belts, pumps, valves, controls, VFDs, sensors, and other equipment.
Handle minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building repairs.
Complete preventive maintenance work orders and documentation using Corrigo/CMMS.
Inspect equipment, replace filters, lubricate machinery, and maintain facility systems.
Coordinate with contractors and support Building Engineers on maintenance and repair activities.
Maintain tools, spare parts, supplies, and inventory.
Follow all safety procedures and applicable building/electrical codes.
