Job summary

VCM LOGISTICS PRIVATE LIMITED in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician II for onsite work from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday. The role covers preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and building systems with hands-on troubleshooting of motors, pumps, valves, and controls.

Must lift up to 50 lbs and be available for overtime or emergency calls.

Qualifications

• High School or GED with vocational training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or general construction.
• 2+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Valid US Driver’s License and DMV clearance.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime/emergency calls when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair motors, belts, pumps, valves, controls, VFDs, sensors, and other equipment.
• Handle minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building repairs.
• Complete preventive maintenance work orders and documentation using Corrigo/CMMS.
• Inspect equipment, replace filters, lubricate machinery, and maintain facility systems.
• Coordinate with contractors and support Building Engineers on maintenance and repair activities.
• Maintain tools, spare parts, supplies, and inventory.
• Follow all safety procedures and applicable building/electrical codes.
