Responsibilities

• Execute daily, monthly, and quarterly facilities inspections and maintenance tasks.
• Act as the primary contact during shifts for building issues (climate control, odors, spills, emergencies).
• Supervise contractor performance and coordinate with vendors to meet specifications.
• Serve as project coordinator for facility projects of all sizes, including large repairs and new builds.
• Solicit bids and quotes from vendors.
• Monitor and replace light bulbs as needed.
