Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certification in HVAC, Electrical, or Facilities Maintenance preferred.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• 3–5 years of facilities maintenance or related technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• Inspects facilities and equipment to identify repair needs and ensure safety/compliance.
• Troubleshoots technical problems and implements efficient solutions to minimize downtime.
• Maintains accurate records of work performed, parts usage, and service schedules.
• Coordinates with vendors and contractors for specialized services.
• Responds promptly to emergencies and resolves issues with minimal disruption.
• Ensures adherence to company safety protocols during maintenance activities.
• Supports continuous improvement for facility efficiency and reliability.
