Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Facilities Site Lead in Jacksonville, FL to supervise onsite facilities operations and maintenance programs, ensuring safety, reliability, and cost-effective performance. You will lead the onsite facilities team, coordinate vendors and subcontractors, prioritize daily work orders, and monitor service delivery to meet budget and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading facilities services in an industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or large-campus environment.
• Strong vendor and subcontractor management capability with an operational and cost-conscious mindset.
• Ability to lead a multi-skilled onsite team and communicate effectively with facilities stakeholders.
• Strong safety awareness, organizational skills, follow-through, and service ownership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite lead for facilities operations and maintenance program delivery.
• Lead and coordinate the onsite facilities team.
• Set daily priorities and oversee work orders, preventive maintenance activities, planned work, and service escalations.
• Coordinate and monitor third-party vendors and subcontractors to ensure work is performed safely, on time, and within the agreed scope.
• Support budget management through invoice validation, cost control, and identification of opportunities to reduce unnecessary outsourced costs.
