Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and team lift 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintains interior and exterior of buildings, grounds and other areas.
• Assists skilled trade workers during maintenance and repair activity.
• Escort sub-contractors, new employees or visitors as needed.
• Ensure safety performance standards are met and work safely.
• Move materials and equipment to proper locations using wheelbarrows or hand trucks.
• Drive government or CGS vehicles to pick up materials and transport trash and debris.
