Job summary

ABB on-site role in Mebane, NC, focusing on assembling products and panels on the shop floor. You will read and interpret technical diagrams, operate machinery, and follow procedures to meet production targets while maintaining quality and a safe workspace.

This position reports to Production Supervisor and requires strong communication and teamwork to support a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US legally.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Practical experience with applicable software.
• You are at ease communicating in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Conducting all types of assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products/systems/panels, including the packing where integrated with production lines.
• Performing work manually or by using light hand tools.
• Carrying out regular quality testing as part of a defined production process.
• Operating within standard operating procedures and maintaining a clean work area.
