Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of personnel to optimize shipping processes.
• Monitor orders, coordinate with SAP coordinators and customer service to meet delivery targets.
• Ensure timely completion of corrective actions.
• Maintain 5S and safe work environment; conduct monthly safety observations.
• Handle shift handoffs and report equipment status and timekeeping.
• Oversee packaging and shipment coordination for engine overhaul kits and bulk components.
• Report KPI metrics and drive continuous improvement to reduce waste.
