Job summary

MAHLE Aftermarket (US) OB in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Maintenance Intern to provide administrative and purchasing support for maintenance parts inventory and vendor scheduling. You will create and submit SAP PRs, monitor approvals, and coordinate with buyers to ensure timely PO processing.

Strong communication with vendors and data entry accuracy are essential. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and SAP experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• SAP experience with purchasing and inventory management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create and submit purchase requisitions (PRs) in SAP accurately and promptly.
• Monitor PR status and follow up for timely approvals.
• Coordinate with buyers to ensure POs are created and processed on time.
• Communicate with vendors regarding inquiries, status, and delivery schedules.
