Job summary

Etsy, Inc. is seeking an Onsites Program Manager to lead the full lifecycle of supported onsites across multiple locations. You’ll own intake, prioritization, execution, and reporting, using data to continuously improve the onsite experience.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Community & Belonging, you will partner with AV, catering, IT, and Workplace teams to deliver seamless experiences, with an equity package, annual bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, workplace operations, event management, or similar role.
• Ability to move work forward independently while seeking input when needed.
• Strong written communication for distributed audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onsite planning experience from intake to execution and reporting.
• Triage high volume space and onsite requests balancing urgency and employee experience.
• Coordinate travel logistics with Finance’s T&E team and travel providers.
