Job summary

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. seeks a seasoned FP&A Analyst to lead EVMS implementation and reporting, ensuring program cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met. You will develop forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses while partnering with program managers and engineers to provide actionable insights.

You will ensure compliance with DCMA ANSI 748 and government standards, supporting DoD or aerospace programs and mentorship of junior schedulers as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Must have Experience with COBRA EVMS Software.
• 5-7 years of relevant, industry experience.
• Experience with DCMA ANSI 748.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in government contracting or defense industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support EVMS implementation and reporting to ensure program cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met.
• Develop, analyze, and present financial forecasts, budgets, and variance reports.
• Partner with program managers and engineering teams to provide actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with government and industry standards for EVMS reporting.
