Job summary

Kratos Space Training & Cyber in Colorado Springs is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join onsite and support EVMS-driven cost, schedule, and performance objectives for aerospace programs.

You will develop forecasts, budgets, and variance reports, partner with program managers and engineering teams to provide actionable insights, and ensure compliance with EVMS standards and government requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• Experience with COBRA EVMS Software.
• 5-7 years of relevant, industry experience.
• Experience with DCMA ANSI 748.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in government contracting or defense industry preferred.

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Competitive salary based on experience and education
Salary Range: $110,000-$140,000
