Job summary

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules for post-award activities, ensuring alignment with budgets and DCMA criteria. You will lead schedule baselines, PMT assignments, and CDRL/SDRL deliveries across programs.

The role requires DoD scheduling experience, strong MS Project skills, and the ability to analyze data in Excel to support Earned Value reporting. Collaboration with CAMs and IPTs is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; DoD scheduling experience preferred.
• Experience with Earned Value metrics and DoD EV reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (US Citizenship).
• Proficient in MS Project and data analysis for scheduling.
• Experience in budget/resource-loaded scheduling and baseline management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IMS/Integrated Master Schedule for programs.
• Create and status schedules, baselines, and PMT assignments.
• Perform schedule health metrics and variance analysis against baseline.
• Ensure DCMA 14-point criteria compliance for schedules and EV.
• Lead CAMs in task activity detailing and resource assignment.
• Prepare IMS CDRL/SDRL deliveries and schedule integration with finance.
