Job summary

Beyul Retreat LLC in Colorado is seeking an Onsite Event Coordinator to bring our retreats to life with creativity, organization, and hospitality excellence. This onsite, seasonal role runs May through October, includes housing during the event season, and offers a starting wage of $28/hr with opportunities for raises based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events in hospitality or corporate settings.
• Excellent communication, organization, and adaptability.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite contact for hosts, from planning to post-event wrap-up.
• Finalize ROS, logistics, and onsite needs with the client and Event Planner.
• Lead onsite execution, ensuring timing, setup, meals, activities and breakdowns run smoothly.
• Coordinate Front of House, Bar, and Dining with cross-department teams.
• Support staffing schedules and communicate improvements for onsite workflows.
• Oversee FOH and Bar operations, inventory, and beverage planning.
