Event & Facilities Operations is seeking an Event Coordinator 2 (2-4 years) to join their team in Alpharetta, GA. The role supports onsite event execution, coordinating with facility leadership and handling setup, refreshments, AV readiness, and teardown.

The ideal candidate brings 3-4 years of related experience, professionalism, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication. The position offers a 8am–12pm shift and potential for permanent opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years in event coordination or similar logistics role.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Professional demeanor and organized across multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Interact with the Facility Manager and Facility Assistant Manager to support event readiness.
• Set up conference rooms for events, ensuring spaces are arranged and ready for attendees.
• Set up refreshments and help maintain event presentation standards.
• Ensure all AV equipment is operational for events.
• Tear down rooms after events, including resetting spaces for the next schedule.
