Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Technical Associate to provide advanced Level 2 and Level 3 deskside support across Kennewick-area locations. The role covers desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and collaboration tools, with a focus on high customer satisfaction and SLA adherence.

The position requires frequent travel between hubs, plants, warehouses, and client sites, operating in a hub-and-spoke service model and coordinating with EUC, Network, and Security teams to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of desktop/deskside support or EUC experience.
• Strong experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Hands-on with Intune, Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, imaging, deployment, and endpoint management.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, asset management, and lifecycle processes.
• Experience with printers, scanners, collaboration tech, and conference room systems.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, LAN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite Level 2/3 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, network, and app issues.
• Support VIP users with high-priority incidents and service requests.
• Perform imaging, provisioning, deployment, and onboarding for Windows devices.
• Manage device lifecycle activities: refresh, repairs, asset recovery, decommissioning.
• Coordinate endpoint management using Microsoft technologies; ensure security/compliance.
• Maintain asset inventories and CMDB records; create knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with EUC, Network, Infrastructure, and Security teams to resolve complex issues.
