Job summary

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, 40 hours weekly, with on-call rotation. BSN preferred; ASN required; active IN RN license or NLC; BLS required.

Qualifications

• Requires ASN; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC.
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification required; other life support may be required per unit.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and health clearances for new hires.
• Coordinate transfer assessments and return-to-work processes for staff.
• Administer and manage the annual flu program and related safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with leaders and departments to manage injuries and exposures; participate in on-call rotation.
