Job summary

Viltis seeks an Occupational Health Nurse II to support its onsite occupational health program in Avon, Indiana. This part-time role (3 days per week, 24 hours) will provide direct health services, manage injury and illness cases, and support workers’ compensation activities.

The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with 2–4 years in occupational or employee health and a strong grasp of return-to-work processes. Onsite work with EH&S coordination is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite occupational health services, including assessment, treatment, and first-aid response for injuries and illnesses.
• Manage employee injury and illness cases from initial assessment through follow-up and resolution.
• Coordinate and manage workers' compensation cases and related documentation.
• Support medical surveillance programs, protocols, screenings, and health logs.
• Promote programs focused on employee health and workplace safety.
