Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental in Savannah, GA is seeking a Technical Services Representative to join our Technical Services team onsite. You will be the main point of contact for customers, support EH&S staff, and help manage hazardous waste programs.

You will prepare transport documentation, assist with bids and quotes, and collaborate with Finance and Operations on job costing and invoicing. Strong organizational, communication, and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail with the ability to keep the big picture in mind
• Excellent soft skills; ability to work well with clients and co-workers
• Computer skills: MS Word, excel and ability to learn internal computer software
• Knowledge of RCRA and DOT
• Valid US Driver's License
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
• Bachelor's Degree required

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW! Level Service by responding promptly to customer requests, acting as main contact for customers.
• Manage an extensive book of clients; provide technical support to EH&S staff and on-site personnel in Hazardous Waste management.
• Prepare documentation for transportation of chemicals to disposal facilities.
• Assist Account Managers with bids, proposals, and quotations for services such as lab packs and drum disposal.
• Maintain and grow existing customer base through quality control and timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations on job folders, costing and invoicing by deadlines.
• Work with Project Managers and Account Managers to understand financials and assist with forecasts and models.
• Perform monthly COGS reviews to maximize gross profit.
