Spllabs in Kilgore, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Sample Management Technician to handle intake, documentation, and organization of environmental samples in an onsite laboratory.

You will log samples into LIMS, ensure condition standards and regulatory compliance, and support storage, distribution, and kit preparation. The role requires data entry and administrative experience, with preference for lab sample management background.

Formación

• Experience in data entry and clerical support in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; LIMS experience preferred.
• Lab sample management experience preferred (receiving, login, tracking).

Responsabilidades

• Receive and document samples from clients, couriers, shipping, laboratory, and/or field staff.
• Verify samples meet condition standards and comply with policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Record sample information and required analyses in laboratory software.
• Label, organize, and distribute samples to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Maintain secure storage areas and proper disposal of samples per protocols.
• Prepare sample kits and manage outbound shipments as required.
• Support inventory management, supply preparation and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
• Complete tasks within timelines with accuracy and quality standards.
