Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; science degree preferred.
• Experience in data entry, clerical, or laboratory support in regulated, high-volume environments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document samples from clients, couriers, shipping, laboratory, and field staff.
• Verify samples meet condition standards and comply with policies and regulations.
• Record sample information and required analyses in LIMS or lab software.
• Label, organize, and distribute samples to appropriate personnel promptly.
• Maintain secure sample storage areas and oversee placement, retrieval, and disposal.
