Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to join the team on-site at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe, OH. You will perform patient admissions duties, verify insurance, collect demographics, and provide clear instructions while delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of customer service experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and is ready to obtain CRCR certification within 6 months at company expense.

• CRCR certification required within 6 months of hire (company paid).

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, including AI-enhanced workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Handle admitting duties for patients admitted to the hospital.
• Verify insurance and collect demographic information; pre-register patient accounts.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education documents.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and support POS collections to ensure smooth service.
