THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking three Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives for a growing financial services client in Maple Grove, MN. This on-site role involves assisting customers with questions about loans and financial services while using a CRM system and Microsoft Outlook to manage follow-ups.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
• High school diploma required.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional phone presence.
• Willing to learn, coachable, and dependable.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls (inbound and outbound).

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound questions about loans and financial services.
• Handle 15–30 inbound calls per day.
• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day for verification and follow-up.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Use Microsoft Outlook to manage tasks and follow-ups.
