THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking three Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives for a growing financial services client in Maple Grove, MN. This on-site role involves assisting customers with questions about loans and financial services while using a CRM system and Microsoft Outlook to manage follow-ups.

Responsibilities

Entry-Level Customer Service Representative – Contract-to-Hire or Direct Hire – Maple Grove, MNAre you an entry-level professional who enjoys helping customers, communicating over the phone, and working in a fast-paced environment?THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking three Customer Service Representatives for a growing financial services client in Maple Grove, MN. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is friendly, professional, and interested in building a long-term career in customer service in a call center environment. Retail and other customer-facing experience is welcome, and call center experience is a plus.In this role, you'll assist customers with questions about loans and financial services while completing verification, welcome, and payment follow-up calls. You'll use a user-friendly, custom-built CRM system to manage customer contacts and track inbound and outbound activity. There is no cold calling involved.Essential Job Duties:Answer inbound customer questions regarding loans, financing, and financial services.Handle approximately 15–30 inbound calls per day.Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day as part of customer verification and follow-up activities.Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service during every customer interaction.Document customer interactions and follow-up activities in the company's custom-built CRM system.Use Microsoft Outlook to manage assigned tasks and customer follow-ups.Maintain accurate customer information and call activity within company systems.Work collaboratively with the CSR team and management to meet daily customer service needs.Minimum Requirements:At least 1 year of work experience required; retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience is acceptable.Call center or high-volume customer service experience is a plus.High school diploma required.Warm, friendly, and professional telephone presence.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Professional and customer-focused demeanor.Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.Coachable, dependable, and willing to learn.Position Benefits, Pay, and Schedule:Contract-to-Hire and Direct Hire opportunities$20–$21/hour100% onsite in Maple Grove, MNSchedule:Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PMFriday: 8:00 AM–2:30 PMRotating Saturdays approximately every 3 weeks: 12:00 PM–5:00 PMTO APPLY:Please upload your resume to this job posting along with your contact information and a brief cover letter.
