Responsibilities include handling 100 outbound calls daily, 15–30 inbound contacts, and accurate data entry while ensuring quality customer service. HS diploma required; benefits discussed upon hire.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience

• Accurate typing and data entry skills
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• College coursework or degree is a plus
