Astrion in Huntsville, AL is seeking an Enterprise Service Desk Analyst to support enterprise IT operations, end-user computing, and cybersecurity activities onsite.

The role requires a related IT degree or equivalent experience, DoD 8140-aligned certification, and an Active Secret clearance, with strong customer service skills and the ability to collaborate across infrastructure, cybersecurity and compliance teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience with related field.
• 2+ years in a Service Desk or IT support role.
• DoD 8140-aligned certifications; Security+ preferred.
• Strong Windows 11, Office 365, Azure Gov knowledge.
• Experience with Defender, Intune, remote support tools and Entra ID.
• Ability to diagnose complex workstation, network, and app issues.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to daily Enterprise Service Desk operations and resolutions.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and devices.
• Prioritize Help Desk tickets with excellent service standards.
• Assist with workstation provisioning and Azure enrollment.
• Manage user accounts including MFA and Office 365.
• Support VPN connectivity, remote access, and collaboration tools.
• Onboard new employees with workstation setup and credentials.
• Coordinate with Cyber Operations on malware remediation and investigations.
• Document procedures and recurring solutions.
