Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance is required to start.
• IAT Level II Security+ce certification required.
• 0-2 years of IT technical support experience.
• Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar).
• Familiarity with VDI, Active Directory, and print server administration.
• Ability to remotely diagnose customer PCs and guide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user PC, server, or mainframe application and hardware support under supervision.
• Collaborate with network services, software systems engineering, and applications development to restore service.
• Diagnose issues and guide customers through resolution steps.
• Write or update documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Assist in planning and installation of new and existing PC systems.
• Ensure daily system performance and assist with software evaluation.
• Maintain professional communication with customers via phone, email, or chat.
