Job summary

HDR Engineering is seeking an On-Site Engineer/Representative for a large data center project in Lebanon, Indiana. The role serves as the liaison between the owner, design team, and contractor, coordinating information flow, field observations, and design changes on site to keep the project aligned with plans.

You will be the single point of communication during construction, manage design and construction document revision control, determine conformity with the design, and facilitate daily

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction technology or equivalent.
• Strong reading of construction drawings and specs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with codes and construction contracts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of communication during construction.
• Manage design/construction document revision control.
• Assess conformance with design plans and specs.
• Elevate issues to the design team when needed.
• Coordinate daily with owner, design team and contractor.
• Perform field observation and construction-phase services safely.
