Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a site-based professional in Wenden, AZ to lead the implementation of the project quality plan and manage field coordination issues. You will handle document control, RFIs, and interpretation of project plans for subcontractors and craftspeople, ensuring redlines become record drawings for submittal to the owner.

You will coordinate logistics with vendors, track onsite materials, and maintain close communication with the project team while upholding SOLV Energy safety

Qualifications

• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work, analyze, troubleshoot and prioritize problems independently.
• Strong knowledge of dispatching methods, techniques, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the project quality plan.
• Review, provide analysis, management, and resolution of field coordination issues with project team members.
• Perform document control functions during the execution of the project to include submittals and RFIs.
• Interpret project plans, specifications, and details for subcontractors and craft persons.
• Coordinate delivery logistics with vendors including tracking onsite material.
• Collect, maintain, and timely submit project closeout documentation.
• Ensure all drawing redlines are captured and developed into record drawings for submittal to owner.
• Engage with SOLV Energy partners with lessons learned and continuous improvement ideas.
• Monitor project design parameters and quantities against the estimate and report deviations.
• Enforce SOLV standards and OSHA policies; promote safety culture.
• Support site management to reflect company values and professional behavior.
