Job summary

SOLV Energy seeks a site-based coordinator to lead the project quality plan and oversee field coordination on a full-time basis in Wenden, AZ. The role emphasizes documentation, safety, and clear communication with the project team.

You will manage submittals, RFIs, and record drawings, align design parameters with estimates, and ensure timely closeout. Strong English communication, prioritization, and independent problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot independently.
• Knowledge of dispatching methods and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the project quality plan.
• Review and resolve field coordination issues with project team.
• Perform document control including submittals and RFIs.
• Interpret project plans for subcontractors and craftpersons.
• Coordinate delivery logistics with vendors.
• Submit project closeout documentation timely.
• Capture drawing redlines and convert to record drawings.
• Share lessons learned with SOLV Energy teams for improvement.
• Compare design parameters with project estimate and report deviations.
• Enforce SOLV and OSHA safety standards.
• Support site management in promoting company values.
