Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Energy Storage Project Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Flagstaff, AZ. You will lead project quality implementation, coordinate field activities, manage document control, and ensure timely submittals and RFIs while aligning with safety standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, and the ability to troubleshoot and prioritize in a fast-paced field environment. Travel and site coordination are involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, analyze, prioritize and work independently.
• Experience with dispatching methods, techniques, and practices.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of project quality plan.
• Review and resolve field coordination issues with project team.
• Perform document control including submittals and RFIs.
• Interpret plans and coordinates with subcontractors and craft persons.
• Coordinate material delivery logistics and maintain on-site records.
