Job summary

SOLV Energy, a leader in solar, storage, and substations, seeks an Energy Storage Project Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Wenden, AZ. You will implement the project quality plan, coordinate field activities, and manage drawing submittals and RFI processes to keep work moving smoothly.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus strong computer and organizational skills. You will communicate clearly with diverse teams, troubleshoot issues, and uphold safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work, analyze, troubleshoot and prioritize problems independently.
• Excellent knowledge of dispatching methods and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the project quality plan.
• Review, analyze, manage, and resolve field coordination issues with project team members.
• Perform document control including submittals and RFIs.
• Interpret project plans and specs for subcontractors and craft persons.
• Coordinate delivery logistics with vendors and track onsite material.
• Collect and submit project closeout documentation timely.
• Ensure drawing redlines are captured and developed into record drawings.
• Promote safety per SOLV standards and OSHA guidelines.
