SOLV Energy, LLC is seeking an Energy Storage Project Manager to lead a utility-scale project in Farmington, NM. You will coordinate engineering, scheduling, change management, budgeting, and closeout documentation, with extensive travel to project sites across the region.

The role emphasizes cost control, owner/subcontractor relationships, risk management, and adherence to SOLV safety standards, while delivering on time and within budget for a high-impact energy infrastructure program.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in design and/or construction of utility-scale electrical infrastructure projects.
• Leadership ability to pull together team members from diverse backgrounds in a remote environment and organize them into a cohesive, high-performing project team.
• Ability to travel extensively (potentially more than 50%) including lengthy jobsite-based assignments.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills in English.
• Proficient in office practices, procedures and equipment.

Aufgaben

• Lead scheduling, cost control, quantity tracking, procurement, client satisfaction and daily jobsite activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Owner, Engineer, and Subcontractors; build strong partnerships while notifying impacts per Prime Contract.
• Maintain timely reporting on cost forecasting and estimated cost at completion.
• Oversee project billings to maximize cash flow and reduce pay cycles.
• Prioritize collection of aged receivables and review status in Owner meetings.
• Present and negotiate change orders with Owner for timely resolution.
• Coordinate routine project update meetings with client and internal stakeholders; document progress.
• Hire appropriate third parties and coordinate with project team for scopes of work.
• Coordinate with material suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve logistics challenges.
• Review contract conditions; ensure compliance with terms.
• Supervise documentation of significant project events and risks; prepare mitigation plans.
• Ensure jobsite office networking services are set up and promote safety per SOLV standards.
• Assist site management in promoting company values and professional representation.
